Sarah Simon is a New York-based marketing and creative director who has worked extensively in hospitality throughout North America, the Caribbean, and the UK. Sarah started her career in the fast-paced NYC fashion world and has since worked with various brands across a variety of industries, including design, fashion, private membership clubs, restaurants, and hotels. In addition to working in-house at notable hospitality groups such as Soho House and Gansevoort Hotel Group, she has worked independently to launch and provide ongoing support for boutique hotels and restaurants, such as Scribner's Catskill Lodge, Marram Montauk, and Sound View Greenport, and others.
