Lindsay Cooke, LMHC

Lindsay Cooke is a psychotherapist and Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Florida. She received her Masters of Science in Counseling in 2011 in Boca Raton, FL. Lindsay has worked in multiple mental health settings over the years including in inpatient, outpatient, residential dual diagnosis treatment programs and community mental health clinics. Lindsay has treated both teenagers and adults with a variety of treatment issues and mental health conditions including addictions, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, eating disorders and mood disorders, as well as phase of life issues, grief and loss and trauma.

Lindsay assesses each client's needs individually using an integrative approach highlighted with CBT, DBT, and other strategies. She works with patients to create a treatment plan that best fits their therapeutic goals. In addition to individual, group and family therapy, Lindsay also offers online video therapy services.

Lindsay is versed in ESA requirements and offers comprehensive assessments online and in office. Being a pet owner herself, she is a believer of the benefits of having an emotional support animal.

In her free time, Lindsay enjoys tennis, yoga and spending time with her husband and Golden Labrador mix, Cooper, at the beach.
